Return and Exchange Policy:

Thank you for choosing Beauty Planet. We want you to love your purchase, and we understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Returns and Exchanges Eligibility:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase, only under the following conditions:

    1. Discounts & Store Credits were not used in the order.
    2. Defected products received (e.g., Device not working, Battery faults).
    3. Wrong products received.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Initiating Returns and Exchanges:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at denise@apexretail.com.sg with your order number and details of the issue. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Return Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you a Beauty Planet gift card for the amount of the returned item.

Exchange Process:

  • Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will issue you a Beauty Planet gift card for the amount of the returned item, which can be used towards the purchase of a new item.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Additionally, any gift cards issued as part of a return or exchange cannot be redeemed for cash.
